Confetti soap

I have read all the confetti soap threads and felt really inspired. After grating all my old bats, some of them where really crumbly and turned into a powder. I sifted this fine powder out. Any idea what would happen if I incorporate them in fresh batter. Would it make litle specks or disappear?

I do it with no issues.

I sometimes do, and I find it makes pretty speckles. If that's the look I'm going for, then I include it.

You can add it to your oils and do it ciaglia style!

This batch was made with leftover soap that was essentially powder. It just adds a faint freckled look.

I use powdered soap scraps for Ciaglia soap and the larger granules for confetti soap. For Ciaglia, I SB the powder into my oils before adding my lye. For confetti, I add the granules at emulsion.
