Colorant for first time

I,m going to make a new batch of CP soap using a colorant from Tradewinds. This is the first time I,ve used a color. Has anyone used this? ( I,m sure you have.) How do you add it to mixture?
Also, I,m using a fragrance of equal parts of Frankincense/Myrrh, Hazelnut. Sandalwood, Leather, and Lilac.
Does anyone have any sugestions what to call this fragrance? It smells wonderful.

I use Tradewinds coloring. What I do is mix my colors according to the chart and then add them to about an ounce of one of my recipes liquid oils (a clear one) Mix it up and add at trace if swirling or layering or add anytime if you are making one solid color. I have added it before lye, after lye, after trace and after cook with success. (I hot process)

The colors have stayed really close to the chart except when I use rice bran oil--if you use a really yellow or dark colored oil you might have to do some playing around to get the right color. HTH

I use Select Colors from Tradewinds. If this is what you have, look at the color mixing charts. You can produce a myriad of colors, and so far, they have stayed true for me. Has anyone ordered from Tradewinds lately? There was a post not too long ago about their customer service being MIA and some people not receiving their orders.

I sent an email to the address on the site just to check if anyone would respond, and no one did (that was about 2 weeks ago).

I want to order these colours too, but not if I'm going to get ripped off!

I ordered select shades from tradewinds on the 18th. Two days later I had a tracking number and I received them yesterday. I never tried to talk to customer service though...

i've been trying to place an order for a couple days now. i emailed twice and i called their customer service number but it's been disconnected.

i wanted to try their colorants too but i'm gonna shop elsewhere.
