Why, thanks! The Ghost Swirl gave me a lot of anxiety and self-doubt because was the oven hot enough? Was it too hot? Did I make the right calculations for water? Is it happy? Is it sad? Should I peek? Uh-oh, did opening the oven door make it too cold? Maybe the oven should go on again? Off again? Or maybe just the light? Oh, my, it was a ride. In the end I think it overheated a little so will try to be less neurotic next time and trust the chemistry will happen all on its own without my meddling so much.
