I've been spending all my soapmaking time making test batches.
Between last weekend and this one, I've made 8 and finally
decided to do the "big one" -- 4 lb. batch.

I figured out that my FO "house blend" changes the soap to
yellow, but it turns white after about one week. FOs are fickle things.

I'm loving it! Looks great...husband is out of the house so I'm soaping today!
Green with envy over your mold!!

Isn't it wild what an fo will do? I hope that you're masterbatching so that you're having more time to play than to clean! :)

That looks very very nice , it appears fluffy and creamy , way to go .
Most things about soap are fickle including the soap itself , I love the challenge though , most times

I've been making 3-bar batches (8 oz) UNTIL you said that.
Dawned on me that for the next test:
sugar/honey/Karo
I'll make one batch, divide it into thirds,
add some of each ingredient to each part.
That what you mean by masterbatching?

It looks fabulous! I kinda like that yellow color but it's wild that it goes to white!
