Scented with cedar and balsam from NG. It now smells like pinesol. I'm not having any luck in my scents lately 😂😭. The layers turned out a lot better than I thought they would, so I at least have that!

The layers are beautiful. Maybe the pine sol will morph to something nice. 🤞🏻

Those soaps are beautiful! I have the same fragrance but opted to make soy tarts & soy candles with it. After years of making soap, the skeptical side of me was thinking CP soap might end up smelling.... off! Sorry this happened to your soap. Embrace the outcome because they are beautiful & Pine Sol isn't as bad as it could have been.
 
The pineal comment reminded me of a soap I made for my sisters last year. I used orange creamsicle fo. It smelled like play dough to me. My sisters both gushed about how great it smelled. To each his own, I suppose

@bookworm42 these look great! I did a lovely Balsam Cedar soap for Christmas this year. Very popular, not pinesol smelling. Here’s the link…
