I bought some bottom fill deodorant tubes and love their look. However, after using them, and only selling around 50 I have received 3 complaints that the tubes broke when the person tried to twist them up. And I know statistically most people will not complain, they will simply not buy again. SO I am concerned how many actually broke...But, does anyone here have any experience with this and suggestions as to why? I thought maybe my deodorant may be too hard for the tubes, but the way bottom fill work if they were soft the "spokes" would simply push through the deodorant and it wouldn't push up. Thoughts?
