I am making a shower oil as well as a face oil. I would like to use rice bran oil and soy oil. What would the best ratios be?

First, let me say I am not familiar with what shower or face oils are, so this may or may not apply. The imagery in my mind is an oil mixture applied directly to the skin. When working with oils, there are several things to keep in mind:
1) rate of absorption - often you want some slow absorbing and some faster absorbing, but all depends on your goals
2) comedogenic factor if applying to the face
3) medicinal benefits, even if you can't claim them
I like this list which gives the comedogenic factor for most oils.

You might consider a lighter oil. IMO, ricebran oil is too heavy for a body or especially a face oil. https://www.makingcosmetics.com/Body-Hair-Face-Oil-Formulas_ep_194.html?lang=en_US
I agree, I wouldn't use RBO or soybean oil on my face. What other options are available to you?
