This CP soap was scented using anise essential oil and is one of the two Halloween soaps that I'll be making. Perfect for a Halloween soap!

Ooh I love anise EO, and that color is awesome! What did you use for that black?

Hi Seawolfe,

I used black oxide from New Directions Aromatics.
They look great very Haloween .
I would have used activated charcoal for a charcoal soap, which are great sellers right now. Not sure if you sell. Activated charcoal also makes a beautiful shiny black, so much easier to use and add the benefits of charcoal to soap

Hi cmzaha,

I'm a new soaper (I've been soaping for less than a year), so my creations are strictly for gifts to family/friends. I do not sell.

However, I love your suggestion about using activated charcoal instead of black oxide. I love that by using activated charcoal, you get colour and benefits for the skin. Thanks!)
