Here is one cut.. Not sure if I like it or not. But cutting the bottom I'd need to take 1/3
Off to make a difference. That's a lot of left over. Some 24 oz or so and it would be the brownish color with just a small bit of color on some.
Like the patchwork idea, just not sure with this color.

I think it looks fine in half like this! It'll look a little more handcrafted and made with love. Are these gifts? You could wrap a folded wash cloth around the middle and tie with some ribbon. They just look more like fels naphtha than other soaps. They'll still be usable even if a but oddly shaped!
