Ok, I know avocado oil is a terrible soap on its own, but I'm wondering what a Avo bastille would be like. I'm debating between a few recipes, but the constants will be 3% SF, 2% oil weight Sodium Glutamate and Sorbitol, and all liquid will be AVJ. I'm hoping for a recipe that doesn't trace very quickly, and lathers enough that I can substitute avocado fruit for some of the liquid on in the future. It doesn't have to be very bubbly, low CO is a priority. Longevity is usually a high priority for me, but I'll let that go for these. And if anyone's wondering why I'm not doing literally any other liquid oil as a majority, RBO was last week. Stearic Acid in the first two because I like it's ability to speed up getting things to emulsion without freight-training the entire batch (though it can also freight train the batch if you use enough). I also want something that hardens enough to unmold in 24-36 hours.
Option A) I really hate waiting to unmold things
Option B) simplified a bit more
Option C) I don't think 15%CO could loosen 85% Avo enough, so I threw in Sunflower and castor.
33% or 35% lye concentrations, probably.
Thoughts?
