i have been wanting to make some of this! for the kid's bruises and such it has worked really well in the past when i bought it. where did you get your arnica? was it oil or flowers or infusion? (if you don't mind sharing,lol)

I bought the oil to make the one pictured . I bought the flowers on ebay just yesterday , though to make my own . I don't know exactly why arnica oil works , it helps with pain , bruising , arthritis etc .

if you don't mind my asking, how did you make this arnica balm? did you mix with other oils or just the arnica w/beeswax? My hubs gets horrible back pain from muscle spasms and I'm thinking that this might be a big help for him!
