Another from the "not what I expected" files

The intention- brown bottom and creamy white top soap, scented with Ginger Snap.

The reality- the brown was scented with Ginger Snap that disappeared immediately. So I did the white and scented it with Cake Batter. Forgot about the vanilla content. :roll: But even so I was not prepared for this! There's no sun so I had a hard time getting the color. It's the exact color cheap banana pudding.

This was allowed to gel (the loaf was not)-

It's still pretty

Even though it's not what you wanted, it is still really pretty. How does it smell? Is it too soon to tell?

I love the yellow...it really does look very pretty & yummy.

Sadly it's faded to the ugliest brown I've seen. Now it's brown top w/ brown bottom. :roll: I'm waiting for the final color to pass judgement.
