That's great about your Citizenship! I came here to study Zoology at the University of Tasmania, it was my teenage "dream". I stayed in a share house, where I met my Aussie husband, and now we are planning our future here! What about you? I am from Saugatuck, Michigan originally. I feel glad that we now live in such a great country. I feel sad that things are so behind in the US. My parents have lost their business, and now have no income and no health insurance. If they can't find work soon they will loose our family home too. If they were in Aus they would be helped out by Newstart payments and Medicare, and would feel a bit more hope.
Hopefully Obama will sort things out!
My accent has changed too, and that freaks my family in the US out! How about you?
It is great to talk to someone who has moved here from the US too! 8)

I know...it's so sad what's going on in the States :( I do feel very lucky to live in such a great country. Don't get me wrong...."I'm proud to be an American" but I'm also very proud to now have a life here. I met my husband over in the States because he used to be a Pro dirt bike rider and was racing over there. To make a long story short...we fell in love, moved here 5 months after meeting, got married, had two gorgeous little girls, and have been living life ever since :) It's really hard to live so far away from my family because we were so close and I'm the baby of my family. I moved here right after I turned 20 so they were pretty devasted but it's gotten alot easier since then :) I lived about 45 minutes from St.Louis MO. It's so good to get to talk to another American! So how long have you had your soap business?

So sorry to the people who had to read our life stories!! lol! :) :)
