Hi I have purchased some bees wax from a local bee person but trying to do lip balm or chap sticks..I have a place to buy the scented oil
but what is the easiest way to make this..if I have never made before..without a lot of expense..need basic recipe and ingredients

Don't put non-lip safe scented oils in lip balm. You have to use something that specifically states "lip safe".
 
I use 20% beeswax, 20% butter and 60% oil mainly extra virgin olive oil. But I do add some jojoba oil in too. As for scent, I just think you need to be extra careful to get something that is lip safe. There are also alot of online store selling lip balm flavor that is safe for ingestion, you can consider that too.
 
% to ounces

when you say %'s compared to ounces this is way I measure how would you compare that too..? how many ouces ect for each one..doing small batch to try out..thanks for the replys Patricia
 
cocco butter?

Is this the cocco butter you find at walmartin the hand and body lotion section?
