Alrighty, for starters, Hi, my name is LeeAnn...New here, first post! 
I think this was given to me for information and I have found it to be great if I make soap, but I currently don't...so......I would like to make my own lip balm.....
Yes I Have done tones and tones of research, but like most things on the internet, there are thousands and it can be confusing. So I was wanting to pick the brain of any pro out here....any sites you can recommend for buying the stuff to make lip balm? I was also looking into purchasing a lip balm base because it would be nice and easy...but it is not my own then... I have done a search here for lip balm and found many results, but not what I need (or at least I didn't see the information)
Any help would be awesome!!!
