Anyone can suggest a not too expensive softweat for making labels, designs ect. I've tried using Avery on line but find it is slow at buisy times, and I also would like something which can give me ideas!!

New soaps this week. Attempted to do zebra swirl as per dandilion soaps which I think are fantastic. Used her recipe and only mixed until emulsion. I thing the swirls are not defined enough so perhaps I should have used a thicker batter for the swirls. What do you think?

I've re batched the two worse ones today, never re batched before but I looked at the info here and it worked out great! Thank goodness for this forum. One book on soap I had suggested much more water than you guys. I threw in some more colour and they look good ill post some pics tomorrow

Is there anything else I can use in place of TD?

Attempted to do a zebra swirl today, going good with oils at pourable stage, liquid colour in one half was great, but the half I put TD (it's the powder in some castor oil)' went to thick cream! The two batters did not pour well. I can only think it was the TD. what you all think ?

Only a few moments That's probably why it's a bit mixed!! I've tried another one today, but the cp gelled and pushed the melt and pour up. I think I'll try another one and put it in the freezer to stop gell. Also the melt and pour is sweating which I don't like. How do I stop that ?

On this subject if I want to add a mix of FO and some EO do I still add say 1% EO of oils and 3% of FO ppo Which I suppose is 4% ppo but does it matter?
