    Thank you for the reply, I have heard that about citrus scents, but I did a lemon lime and bergamot soap and it is perfect, really strong scent, but only a week since I made that one. But I hope the bergamot will ancor the lime and lemon to stay longer. Kveðja María

    I am making a soap batch from 1 kg oils, how much of the patchouli would I need for a pleasant smell not a "stinky over the top did you drop the whole bottle in there" smell. I was thinking about 2 parts vanilla and 1 part patchouli but both of them are pretty strong so I am not sure about 0.7...
