Have you made the soap? If yes, at how many % menthol? I'm a little curious to hear the result. Itching to soap with the bag of menthol which has been sitting around for a while. I don't get this, meaning if you're using 5% EO, menthol is part of the 5%?

I started making cp/hp with just hand mixing manually with a whisk. It took about 1hour to trace (whisk 10mins, wait 10mins, whisk 10mins and so on...). DeeAnna, I only salted out once. The lather seems good enough (the soap has 15% coconut oil) even after salting out. Just an update, it is still too soft to unmold and there are few orange spots already appearing on the surface so salting out doesnt help with DOS but it's a fun thing to do...

I use frozen milk too. Leave in freezer overnight (sometimes a whole day) then move to chiller. I once had a milk soap removed from freezer to room temp and it started to gel belatedly. Btw, anyone has any trick to get less condensation from when the soap defrost?
