I have never bought such a large amount, but I remember from a different post that you can put it in the sink with some hot water, and it should get softrer and easier to get out that way:D
Hi everyone,
I am wondering if it is ok to make my lye solution a day or so before I make soap. I know you can do that with water, but I wasn't sure I could do that with milk. Would it spoil?
Thanks! :D :D :D
Same sort of thing happened to me! I lined a cardboard box with wax paper once, and since I overlapped the paper, the soap went in through the cracks. I'm so sorry! I know how frustrating it is!
Thanks so much. I want to make some liquid soap eventually, and I think this will be helpful. Just wondering though...I want to make it with milk, and I am thinking all the heat might curde and burn the milk. What do you think?
You guys are right. So do you think it would be worth it to make vegitable and lard soaps...in case sombody was bothered by lard soap? Or would they still just be upset that I was selling any soap with animal fat in it?
Oh yes...don't worry, I'm fine!!!! That was really nice of you to be concerned sunawaken! :D I agree, it is definitly good to be "safe rather than sorry" Some lessons you learn the hard way :(
Those are LOVELY! I love to bead...I got a kit for Christmas a couple years ago,and I have had so much fun with it. It's just little pearls and clear glass beads and a few other things :D
