So I decided to use shortening in place of my palm oil. Ad.iration brand 50lb cube for 46 dollars .cotton seed /palm oil . This morning I have a solid hard bar. The oil i use are canola,co,olive and rice. For to of 41:59 sat/unsat. Aloe water 4tbs sugar 4 tabs PINK Himalayan salt to water.

THANKS A BILLION on my soap maker software they have olive sunflower blend. im gonna use that one since sunflower is not far from sap value to canola :) see how that works.. meantime gonna go get that sale :) thanks alot.. never used blend but they have a sale..

so if my recipe calls for 855g canola i divide that by 80 which brings me to 42.75g to place in soap calc same for olive 775 /20 = 38.75gram

OMG OMG.. WELL IT BEEN a few weeks.. I love the soy soap.. It just needed To settle a bit.. it feels amazing.. and the bar keeps it shape. last much longer also.. I AM SOLD ON SOY WAY :)

I joined for there shea butter and coco butter. the one of my heavy foot prints in my products. and the free shea butter is awesome to have. i have been using there lye and i like it thus far.. There oils to me are to expensive. i rather soaper choice. or camden grey.

This is tricky as it seem to me you want a bar of soap.. the only way to lower ph is adding citric which will destabilize the Saponification process.. We see this when adding Citric EO to soap sometime is lower the required PH and we get oil pools.. this is why we find many citrus in liquid...
