so if my recipe calls for 855g canola i divide that by 80 which brings me to 42.75g to place in soap calc
same for olive 775 /20 = 38.75gram

If you use 100g of it, put 80g of of one oil and 20g of the other in to your calc. If using 200g of the mix, put 160g of the one oil and 40g of the other in to the calc.

If a recipe calls for set amounts of the oils, you'll be lucky to hit it spot on with a premix, unless the amounts required work out that way.

If your recipe called for 80g of canola and 20g of olive, you could use the mix at 100g and be spot on.

As your mix is mostly canola, I would add enough to give you enough canola and then add in the extra olive required.

So if your recipe needs 100g of canola and 100g of olive, add in 125g of your mix. That gives you 100g of canola in there. It also gives you 25g of olive, so you need another 75g of extra olive to be where you should be

As I calculate it- 1067g of the mix will give you your 855g of canola. It also gives you 213.4g of olive, so you'll have to add in the extra olive oil to hit your target amount.

Please do check the math as well, though. I did -

855 (canola target) /80 (percent of canola in the mix) * 100 (to get the total amount of mixed oil) = 1067 rounded up
