It might not be nice.. But I made it myself..

I got a little hole in the middle of my latest soaps. I won't even know it exist if I didn't happen to cut through it. There is a liquid that flows up (but dry up already). I taste the liquid, it don't zap so I rule out the lye. Any idea what else could it be?

    Wintergreen EO - how dangerous?

I guess the saddest thing is that this accident change the whole life of a person. I hope her family will eventually forgive her and understand that it is an accident. The hardest thing in life is to lose the support of your very own family. All the best to your cousin.

    "Sliced Bread" soap

It could be not cutting the soap immediately after unmolding.. When the outside start to dry and preventing water from the inside to evaporate.. Just of the possibilities, as I am not sure when you cut it.

    Failed attempt on rebatching soap

After 1 whole month of waiting, I finally cut the soap. As mentioned previously, it is rebatch using fresh strawberries and yougurt. Why is my liquid soap so drying?

To be frank. I am not sure. I only understand that it come as a by-product in the soap making process. I do not know how water soluble it is, I never try putting it with water before. Perhap it the feel of glycerin itself is kind of oily (at least to me) that made me feel this way..

Why is my liquid soap so drying?

But I don't think glycerin can be use for washing dishes and pots right? Since there shouldn't be excess oil in such soaps.

    Violin Soap Stamp/Mold

I saw that this shop is located in China. I get my mold supplies in China too. Though there are bad comments about the things over in China, so far my molds are of good quality and I like it. But I got it through another way though. The prices are reasonable to begin with too.
