    JellyBelly and KatieBelle

And that is the reason they get away with just about anything. lol Because they're so soft and fluffy like bunnies, and adorable, and silly. And they KNOW they're cute. So you feel horrible if you have to scold them. lol

    JellyBelly and KatieBelle

That is EXACTLY what they told me in the first pic there... "What? Us? We didn't push the buttons on the remote. Why would we do that? Hummm." I said, "I SAW you do it." and this is the look I got:

I got 117 USD for one soap!!!

I like both Avocado Oil and Almond Oil on my skin... both are wonderful in soap, and I normally have very dry itchy skin. I do see a difference between those, and soaps using only CO, PO, and OO. My favorite for my dry skin has both Avocado and Almond in large amounts. And I agree! More about...

    Fragrance Oil conundrum

FOs and EOs don't need diluted to add to soap, because they're getting diluted IN the soap. For other products, they're generally being diluted by the product they're in. You just don't use them straight on the skin without diluting. But if you're using the manufacturer specified usage rate for...

Desiccants (silica gel packets) for curing /drying soaps faster ?

Right, but regulating the humidity to a more normal amount is different than using it to make things dry faster than they normally would. I've tried using a dehydrator before -- warped and cracked the bars. And they still lathered a lot better after waiting several weeks more. So it didn't save...

Is my cat a super genius, or is it just me?

Yes, Jellybelly is just fascinated with that movie. She watches other stuff too, but that is the one she sits up and watches intently. She also helps me 'read' books, magazines, and stuff on my tablet. She's gotten quite adept at that. She pats the pictures, and then watches my face to see if...

Desiccants (silica gel packets) for curing /drying soaps faster ?

As has been mentioned, it's not just about letting it dry, there's chemical changes going on for several weeks, which cause the bar to become milder, lather better, and just overall become a better bar of soap. Additionally, rushing the drying process can cause uneven drying, warping...

    Shampoo Bar

Camelina vs Camellia Oils -- Some think that the Camelina has a strong odor... I don't find that with the stuff I got from WSP, it HAS an odor, but it's kindof sweet, I think. Maybe my sniffer's off. lol I used it in a recent batch of hair/skin lotion, and it's lovely! My hair likes it, my...

Rasta soap and couple failed swirls...

I think they're all pretty! I love the Rasta one. :) With the hangar swirl, did you try making the "swirling surface" of your hangar thicker? I taped a chopstick to mine with plastic tape, because the wire in itself was too thin to really affect the batter much. Made a world of difference!

Is my cat a super genius, or is it just me?

Funny: Our older cat likes to watch TV, but she learned a while ago that it was just TV, not a window to somewhere else, when watching Frankenweenie. She was fascinated with the cartoon cat, and when it went off-screen, she went behind the TV looking for it. Then back around the front, then...

Is my cat a super genius, or is it just me?

Cats are smart that way. :) They have more reasoning ability than some other creatures, and can think things through like that, and plan ahead and stuff.

How do sellers use so much Coconut Oil?

I love making 100% CO with 20% SF. It is also VERY nice with just 95% CO and 5% Cocoa Butter too. :) Watch it CLOSE though, and don't overfill your molds, even individual ones, because it WILL heat up and try to overflow. But I love the lather and it is not drying at all for me.

Please help me!! My Soap is not the same what i saw in youtube!

People think you are not listening because once again you have posted a recipe with a hugely unsafe lye amount. You are wasting money on too much lye, on unsafe chemical additives and unnecessary extra additives, and then complaining about 20 cents per kilo difference between coconut and palm...

The animals went in one by one

Amazing soaps! And I can see a rhino in that one. I see just the head, with the eye at the mid-left, and the horn on the snout in the upper-right. :)

    Oh my heck!

Well, a box has four sides. :) I think that's why many lip balm, lipstick, and similar items, have either a box, some sort of plastic packaging designed for hanging on a display, with the label on the back of the packing, or they have those tiny little folded papers that are taped to the...
