If you go with workshopheritage.com they have bundles with slabs and cutters. I highly recommend WH, I love the tall skinny mold I have from them and I really like that their silicone liners are flexible and easy to pull off the loaves.

Yeah some of their fragrance oils smell really weird but soap okay and some stay weird throughout I hope yours is the former.

I use these trays from Essential Depot. Holds 200 bars each!!!! Yeah that sounds exciting until you try to lift each tray and herniate your back in the process. In the future I think I will go the whole bakers rack idea.

I personally go 8 weeks. That 2 extra weeks makes a difference IMHO. Maybe it's just all in my head and I'm being OCD though 🤣

You don't need palm. I actually didn't use palm for years but have fallen in love with RSPO Palm. Palm and lard are similar but lard beats it hands down in my opinion. Tallow is amazing too.
