Here you go. Math mostly checks out except the 19.41%'s should be 9.41%.

It makes things easier to scale and provides a better picture of what's going on. Most people who do this stuff talk in percentages.

I just discovered the difference between trying to feather a 2lb batch vs a1lb batch. I'm gonna need a bigger chopstick... And a little less stick blender action. Oh well guess I have to make more soap 😋
