Safety-wise there would be no reason to cure OO soap any longer than a different-oil soap. I would tend to keep a lower superfat with OO because it can be slimy - probably about 2 or 3%.
The recipe you have cited has quite a high amount of PKO and CO combined - they both contribute to bubbles...
I notice you have a lye concentration of only 25% - you should ideally change that to about 33 as a new soaper. It won't have affected the problem you have cited above however.
I don't see any reason why the soap would be unsafe to use - it just might not be as pretty as you like is all. Did you put your recipe into a soap calculator? Have you got a screen grab of that you could share? I don't understand imperial measurements or amounts like that - it's better with...
Go to the beginners soap making forum by clicking 'forums' in the top left corner of this page. At the top you will see you profile pic and it was say 'Thread Title' next to it. Write Aloe Vera Gel in there, and then fill in your question or problem underneath. Then click 'post'

I'd throw in a bit of avocado oil too - it has a lovely feel in soap. I used it once to try it out, and have used it ever since. I use it at 5% ( it's quite expensive here) but if you can go for 10%, even better.
It's a thin paper that seems to have a bit of silicone on it. Dirt cheap - about $3 for tear off roll that has about 30 metres on it. We use it all the time for lining baking tins/trays.
Are you using gel? Prebottled? That will be the problem because there a lot of other ingredients besides aloe in pre-bottled gel. You need to use juice (with no additives), or make your own by blending the 'gel' insides of the aloe leaf.
I got an online soap order today. We have just moved house recently and my craft room is still just a pile of boxes. Now which box are the return address labels in? And which box are the actual soaps in that she's ordered? Can I find the little organza bags? Where's the bubble wrap? A pen...
