Help listing Green Tea as ingredient on soap label

I made some soap using green tea with Jasmine scent and it turned out great. I just need to know how to include the green tea on my labels. I used it instead of water to mix my lye. I usually just list everything that was used to create my soap in descending order of amounts. Thanks for any...

    Cocnut Oil based cream

Hi, I made a test batch of cream(solid lotion might be a better term) that for me has worked great. I was wondering if it would require a preservative if it doesn't have any water in it? 1/2 cup coconut oil 2 oz beeswax 2 tablespoons cornstarch (to help with greasiness) I have been...

    Annatto seed or powder?

I used annatto powder to color some soap and I think it turned out pretty good. I made a tangerine scented soap and added the annatto powder to a small amount of oils dipped out to swirl in. I made a 2lb loaf. This was some of my first trys at swirling so don't laught when you see it. (LOL)...

    Using tea in soaps

Good to know. I used a tiny bit of peppermint e/o with my peppermint tea soap. It has a very pleasant but very (and I mean very) subtle peppermint scent. The color turned out great though. Trying to add my pic to this post. I hope it comes through.

    Using tea in soaps

True enough about the lye eating stuff! I think I'll make some anyway, even if it doesn't retain much if any of those qualities I think it will make some nice soap. Amy yours looks great. Did you use any E/O or F/O or just the tea in yours?

    Colorants

I haven't tried this myself so I can't give first hand advice, but if you are going for all natural with out using micas or dyes, then try Woad. It is suppose to give a beautiful sky blue and is lighter or darker depending on how much you use. Also indigo powder will give you a shade similar...

    Using tea in soaps

Well, that's what I was thinking, but then again you boil the tea before you drink it to release its goodness into the water so why would it not survive the heat of saponification? That's why I'm in sort of a quandry. Not really sure.

    Using tea in soaps

I made some peppermint tea soap and it turned out beautifully. I know this can be done, my question is if you wanted to use say, Green Tea, in soap, would you still retain any of the teas great qualities (antibacterial, antioxidants, etc.) after going thru saponifaction? Anyone know the answer?

    Coconut Milk in CP

Hi, has anyone used coconut milk in their cp instead of water? I was wondering if it gave any coconut scent to the soap at all and if so how much? Thinking of experimenting but wanted to ask first. Thanks for any feedback!

    Feed back for web site

I was wondering if you would check out my web site and give me some feedback. I've had several other lay people look at it and they have said they were impressed and found it very well laid out and easy to use. I would like the opinion of someone in the business to give me unbiased critique...

    Hi

Hey, I tried the 2" PVC for some soap and had the same problem. Searched the internet for some help and was told the same thing to put it the freezer for about an hour and it would come right out. Well, that wasn't quite true. If you use the tool u made in conjunction with freezing for about...
