The crystals are soda ash that's ok.you may just need to wait for the zap to go away during curing.what was the weight of the lye you added.

I have some green chromium oxide and yellow iron oxide from my resin crafts and I'm gonna try a swirl but I'm curious about what to mix them with. I've read some people use warm water and some use oils. My question is if I mix it in oil how much oil should I use? I'm thinking maybe an ounce of...

This time to line I used 3.5 mil heavy duty plastic sheeting left over from hurricane season. I want something reusable so we'll see after I wash it off.
