WSP seems to stretch the truth. A lot.

Just an FYI- the product descriptions on Whole Sale Supplies plus appear to be utterly unreliable. I purchased Avacado oil from them b/c they specifically and explicitly say it is noncomedogenic. I later called to ask for the comedogenic rating for it, and the customer service rep did not know it, but said she would email me. When she emailed me, she said they did not know, and basically said that they do not know one way or the other if any of their products are comedogenic. So I looked it up online, and every website I was able to find that had it listed, said it was midway up the scale. When I replied to WSP with this, they did not respond. When I wrote a review that stated all of this, they did not post it.

Also interesting to note- somehow their grape seed oil has a shelf life of a year? Seems to be stretching the truth quite a bit.

Please do not count on any information on this site as being accurate. I have no reason to think the products themselves are any better or worse than their competitors, but the information they post appears designed to deliberately mislead in some cases.

ive used grapeseed oil for years for cooking and i dont refrigerate it and it takes me years to go through a giant costco bottle. i dont see why people say it has a short shelf life....ive never had mine go bad. i cant guarantee how long I have had mine, but its been a long time...i just bought my second bottle......tho for some reason mine is yellow and some peoples grapeseed oil i see on soaping websites is green.....

on my bottle it just says "store in a cool dark place". does not say anything about putting in the fridge.
