I honestly have not tried any of their recipes but a good suggestion on using any recipe you find online is to run it through SoapCalc to make sure the measurements are correct. This will also let you see the soap quality numbers to verify this is the type of recipe you want. Is there a particular one you are looking at?

The second part of your question I think you were asking about the quality of their products. I think the quality is great as I have been using them the last two years without an issue.

You need to run every recipe through a reliable soap calculator for yourself, regardless of where you got it. Typos happen, and you don't need to pay for errors with bad soap and loss of ingredients. You will often see folks on this forum give the oils for a recipe without NaOH/KOH amounts. This is so that you have to run that recipe though a lye calculator for yourself.

To be sure the recipe is something that you will want to use, run it by the folks here. We will give honest opinions.

I've never used any of their soap recipes so as others stated make sure you run them through a soapcalc for accuracy. I however have used other recipes and tweaked them to my purpose and have had pretty good luck.
