Hi everyone! I was looking for wood soap dishes wholesale - and even the wholesale prices from resellers I found are a bit pricey. If anyone is interested in them, I am getting a quote from a manufacturer on ordering 3000 - 5000 pcs. If I get a good price, I will pass along but want to make these available in 50, 100, or 500 piece lots. If you are interested, please let me know.

just curious, why are you buying so many, loveit? are you planning to sell these with your soaps soon?

Well for me, I would like to have some to have with the soaps, but I see how much they cost and think the best way is to get them form over seas but you have to order so many! So if I can get enough people to order, I'll place my order and pass along huge savings.... It works out well for everyone who would like to make gifts, or sell or give away with their soaps.

I plan on doing a gift with purchase...

I am sure you could PM some of the handcrafters on etsy about wholesale prices. If we as handmade crafters don't support other handcrafters, who will? I know it is tempting to order from China too, but as long as we continue to export all of our cash, our economy will not perk up. Buying from local crafters will also add label appear because you can boast the dishes are also handcrafted in the USA or even strike up a "collaboration" w/ the woodsman.

OK I got my quote - here is the story. I can make these available for the following:
20 for 1.10 each
50 for 1.05 each
100 for .95
and 200 or more .90 each.
Shipping is from NJ and just shipping applies - no handeling. About 35 days for receipt. I plan ordering 2500 and if enough of you would like some I'll place my order. I think it's a great oportunity as I'm not looking to be a wholesaler - just want some soap dishes at a great deal Let me know I would like to get an idea by Monday the 29th. If I don't get a majority of the 2500 preordered then I can't place an order for them - so please halp split my order! Nice to save them for the holidays and gift baskets too!

It look like steam US beech, what is the overall size?
