I usually make soap later in the evening and put it in the oven before I go to bed. Today, I soaped earlier in the day....check on it to find the amber colored beads on my soap. What's causing this? Anything I should do?

Could be the beginning of overheating. Does it look like its in gel? I've had it happen a few times, keep a eye on it for overheating, put it in the fridge if it starts to crack or dome.
The spots should absorb, just leave them be for now.

It doesn't appear to be in gel, but the mold is warm. I put it in a cooler environment, so hopefully all is well. I have never seen my soaps do their thing, so maybe this always happens. :)

What did you use for fragrance, and at what percentage? I find that even just a little bit of cinnamon will cause weeping where I cleave, even if I refrain from cutting for several days (long after the soap has cooled). It will dry, but I can still see the mark for a long time if not forever.

I used 2 oz of BB's Black Amber and Lavender for 2 lbs of oil. It looks like it has reabsorbed but there is a dark mark where some of the bigger droplets were sitting.
