Why my foaming bath butter wont foam

Hi I am new to soapmaking and have just began to make foaming bath butter, I use the ready made bath butter base., have added shea and almond oil,colour and fragrance. Mixed in my kitchenaid but get few bubbles with the end product. Can anyone give me a little advice

The term foam is actually a secret word in our industry for "bubbles very little". The FBB, in my opinion, doesn't bubble, it's just a light froth.
