White coating on Lotion Bars

Please help, i'm in despair! I make lotion bars to the following recipe and seem to always end up with a white residue coating the outside of the bars:
70% Cocoa butter
15% Shea Butter
15% Coconut oil
0.1% Viamin E
1.5% EO

I use silicone moulds and wondered if that had something to do with it?
Any help would be grately appreciated....

Is it grainy feeling? Is it maybe the shea butter?

I always add a wax to my lotion bars and I've never had a problem with a coating. :?
