when you make whipped soap and measure out your oils, how do you figure out how much you really need. i made a batch of whipped soap and used my regular amount of oils and had so much soap left over i filled every empty container and mold i owned. i don't need to make that much soap at once so how do i whip it and only make enough for the mold i am using?

I wonder the same thing. I had that happen the first time I made whipped soap. I figure maybe this is a little akin to the salt bar volume problem. Maybe figure on 2/3 the amount of oil next time?
