Where to find extra course clear/white bath salt?

There's a 12 year old boy I know who's made it to the world martial arts competition and I'd like to help make something for him to see at their fundraising craft sale. (they're required to help earn their own money)

He can certainly color and fragrance some large bath salts, bag them, label, all on his own. I'll need to do the fragrance use calcs with him though.
