Where do you buy your essential oils?

I am mostly interested in getting more essential oils, but am at a loss where to buy them from. Some places seem cheaper than others. I know to watch out for 100% pure vs ones in carrier oils. Where are some good places to buy reasonably priced essential oils? I need just a few in about 2-4 oz sizes as I am still new to all this soap making. I just want to experiment on fragrances. Then I have to figure out how to naturally color the soaps to try swirls.
