I'll get RLI in the near future, as I will probably start selling soon (biting nails, biting nails). I've never heard anything bad about them, and even though they're not a company I'm personally familiar with, I feel a lot better knowing that my homeowner's insurance company (USAA) uses them to underwrite policies of this nature. I will purchase my RLI policy through USAA for an added level of security, so that if I ever have to file a claim that RLI doesn't want to pay, I have USAA to advocate for me. I think they're the best way to go for most people who are just starting to sell.
