fuzzy I know.. sorry!

I wouldn't say that is an epic fail, and if you learned something from it, then all the better. I think it looks pretty dang good for your first soap!

I think it looks pretty good to and wait until you use it!
I am impatient too.
Dying to demould the soap I made last night.
Just a few more long hours.:(

Thanks! Working on my next batch now.. waiting for my lye to cool. I'm scenting this one, still debating on if I should add color or not. I probably will if I have play time.

I did end up scenting this batch, but didn't have ANY time to color it.. I blended two FO's together for this one, and I should have read more about one of them which says "can be tricky in cp"... lol just a bit though. I didn't get soap on a stick or anything, but it went pretty fast. I just did a quick gold mica swirl on the top.. it's cute and it smells pretty good. I actually am hoping the scent fades a bit.. it's a cherry almond I mixed with champagne (to cut the sweet a little and give it a bit of acid... it works nicely actually) but my whole drying room smells like cherry now lol.

I had to put my sage, lemongrass, etc down the basement for a couple days hoping the scent will settle down a bit.
I know it's not the best place for long but just don't like the scent much.
Had to make room for the almond, honey anyway and that can stay forever, love, love, love it.
I'm not sure if I will share the almond with anyone, maybe keep it all for myself.:-D

I did a batch of sugar scrubs yesterday with Lavender EO.. I hate it. I'm happy for my customers who like it, but I can't stand that smell. Blech!

Well I think this particular EO just smells more camphorous (sp?) than others I have smelled, but even the sweeter ones are nasty
