My family loves the scent of Brambleberrys oatmeal milk and honey, I ordered some in addition to several other scents on the 10th of Jan. It STILL isn't here. I love Brambleberrys products, ( I really don't want to sound hatefull or mean) but this isn't the first time this has happened to me. That being said, is there a scent from another supplier that smells pretty close to BB's Oatmeal Milk and honey????

Call them up! I always follow up with a phone call as soon as I order online.
Yeah they can be kinda slow , thats happened to me bfore & I live in the same state

I (almost) feel awful for posting that.....Fedex just dropped off my package.. ...Yay!..I really would like to venture out a bit and try ordering from other places. I will take your advice and follow up with a phone call next time, thanks--duh-I don't know why the heck I didn't do that in the first place....

there are tons of places for fos, my personal fav is Peakcandles.com, make sure you order only from the body safe collection,( they have a 25% off shipping right now), also I like natures garden, with both od these places you can get sampler packages for 20$, thats 10- 1 ouncers, you can get as many of the same fo if u want, which is nice cause its usually 2 oz for a batch.

I have to say ordering on the 10th and not getting it until the 22nd would irritate me also.
When I order from NG I usually have it in 4 days tops... and they have GREAT FO's!

NG is Nature's Garden. I like them, Peak, and Aroma Haven. Aroma Haven's OMH is my favorite. Very slight cinnamon but no heavy almond in it. Isn't it amazing how different OMH is among the various suppliers? I think I've tested about all of them in pursuit of my favorite.

BB had a ton of orders after coming back from the holidays. They even had to hire 4 or so more employees. They aren't usually that slow. And really...I kinda admire a company that takes off for the holidays.

But I understand...still frustrating for sure.

Yep, placed an order on Jan. 16th and the site says it is still "being pulled". Bummer!! It is not even on its way!
