What size stainless steel pot do I need?

Not sure that it should be a hindrance - no one has been mean or anything, and if someone is scared off by people giving very good advice just because it's not what they want to hear.......

Yeah, no I don't think anyone has been mean! But I can relate to being the newbie asking questions when everyone else thinks the answer is so obvious... (Not here, just in general)
