What is your favorite scent of spring?

I want to take some opinions as to what your favorite spring scents are? They could be from anything like memories, soaps, shops ect...
I would like to do this because I want to try and coordinate some of those scents into my dessert soaps. I bet a lot of them would be popular at a spring craft show!
