Hi all !

Looking for some ideas, I am interested to know what products you have in your range, and what is the one that outstands the others !
I make lotion bars, which do not stand the heat in summer...so it's time to think about an alternative product that is not heat sensitive, so I can keep attending markets and fairs next summer ! ;)

Thank you !

Far and away, my bestseller this past market year has been lip balm. In particular, my overnight lip masque. Soap is my second best seller. I carry a fairly broad variety of products that includes lip balm, facial products, creams, lotions, shampoo bars, and foot care products.

I don't carry, or make, body butters because our summers can be quite warm (up to mid 30's C) and it can be a challenge to keep them from melting. I did have them for a couple of years but they didn't sell well so I dropped them from my line. In the upcoming year, I'll be dropping a few more products that just don't sell well.

Thanks Misschief, nice, you have a wide range of products ! how do you package your lip balms ? I gather they are somehow heat resistant ?

Obviously, if they're sitting in the full summer sun, it will affect them but mine are fairly resistant to melting quickly. It really comes down to your recipe. I have one customer who leaves a lip balm in her car all year round; she makes a point of telling me that it has softened but never melted.

I use the plastic tubes and sell individually or in gift packs of four tubes (pictured).

Yum ! I see you have many different scents, which is appealing ! Great idea to package them by 4. Thanks :)

Bath bombs account for approximately 50% of my sales making them my best seller by far. Second would be lip balms. Third is soap and wax melts. Rounding out the bottom, solid bubble bath, body butter and sugar scrub.

Hi Melissa ;)
Thank you ! Interesting to see that lip balms are also on the best sellers shelf. Bath bombs must have that round colourful comforting appeal...
