Hey everyone :)

I just cut some soap down to halves after they had been curing (on my bathroom counter, which is a warm and sometimes humid area) for about 3 weeks. Well it was easy to trim, it was soft and had this layered look inside of it like it isn't quite near done curing. Here is a photo of it I just took so you can decide if you think it needs much more time to sit. Maybe also it would be better if I keep it in a room that is more dry so it can dry properly?

it is lighter inside because the air hasn't penetrated all the way thru the bar yet. give it a day or two and it should even out color wise.

i also would find a different place to cure my soaps. the bathroom is to humid.

if space is limited. you could put them on a tray and slide them under your bed. turn them over once a week.

Barb's 200% right; my chocolate soap looks like a pb cup when I first cut it. Bathroom is a really really bad place to cure.
