Where it says it makes up 25% of the finished soap, and you can calculate the exact amount of glycerin by calculating .7 grams of glycerin for every gram of lye.
25% of the molecules ARE glycerin. However, they are tiny, compared to the resulting soap molecules, so make up only about 10% of the final soap WEIGHT.
