What are the red dots from?

I got the Brambleberry CP kit - Goao Milk and Oats. I followed the directions. It was very easy to make. Today, I cut the soap and there are small red dots. Has this happened to anyone before?

1. How experienced address you as a soaper?
2. Was the goats milk powdered?
3. Is this a CP kit?

I have been making CP Soap 6 years.
The goat's milk was powdered and you add the powder to 2 iz distilled water.
This is a Brambleberry kit.

Could it be that the dots are where bigger oat pieces are? I could be wrong, but it looks to me like there are oats inside as well

My guess is powdered goats milk that wasn't fully incorporated.

There are no oats inside; only on the top.

I did mix 1 oz of goat's milk powder with 2 oz of distilled water. Maybe that is it?

Was there any fragrance added? That looks like unmixed FO to me.

If not, then I agree with @artemis that some of your GMP probably didn’t get mixed in well enough. I always Belen mind super well into the oils before adding the lye solution. That helps prevent streaks and clumps.

Is there honey in it? Looks like unmixed honey to me.

The fragrance oil was Oatmeal Milk and Honey from BB. I did not add honey to the batter.
