So I've been a busy beaver this week and thought I'd share a summary of my spoils.

I made this soap thinking of my father. He isn't human until he's had two LARGE cups of coffee. I made it with Tim Horton's coffee (if you are from the US or Canada, you'll understand why this matters) instead of water and coffee grounds for texture. I didn't have an appropriate fragrance oil but the smell of the coffee does come through so far.

It's not terribly clear but this soap is pale green and pink. I was trying liquid colourants. The colourants I used for blue and purple. Go figure. In any case it is scented with lilac because my family and friends love the scent.

This is lily and jasmine, heavy on the lily the jasmine gives it an extra little pop. I was playing with my new mica and I love this colour so very much. I made this one entirely for me. Cause I can.

This is just called the collection. It's not done, I have bubble bath and bath salts yet to make. In any case it is scented with japanese cherry blossom and oriental musk. I've dubed it the Silk Road. I do really love it. I'm making it for my mother for Mother's day. I used cherry blossom at her very direct request. The white heart is a bath bomb and the marble one is a bubble bomb (foaming bath bar). The soap was supposed to be pink. You know, ultamarine pink, well know I know.

As you can tell I'm playing with a new toy, a crinkle blade and I am definitely better at cutting without wasting a bars wprth. I also tried a Pringles mold for the first time. Didn't eat the chips. crunched them up to use a fish breading in a few days.

Well thanks for looking and indulging me.
