Weekend soaps
Any observations or constructive criticism welcome I'm pretty new at this.
The turquoise ish one.... is that ash on the top? That was my 1st and still my only layered soap.
The purple was supposed to be blue but oh well. I made those last weekend.
The yellow one was with coconut milk and baby food carrots, unscented.
For the milk oatmeal honey one I used a sewing machine drawer for the mold. I made a bigger batch to compensate the longer length, but not enough, bars are a little short. Live and learn.
This is an addiction. Spring better arrive soon or I will have soap for a life time! :D

Lovely soaps and yes the top one does look like ash, great colours .

You're new? You look like a pro.
I think the ash on the top soap looks really pretty. They're all pretty!

Aw thanks guys! These were batches #7-10.
My 1st 3 were CPHP and I liked those too but find I can be more creative with CP.
I'm making small 2# batches varying my recipes a little each time so far just to see what works and what doesn't. I have not been able to use the CP yet, not enough curing time but may have to use a little early as I'm dying to see if I like them in the shower.
If they don't zap is it ok to use them early, say a couple weeks cure?
Thanks again to all the forum members for the great education and the amazing inspiration!

I don't think I will be showing you #11.
It is my first named soap-"Disaster"
Ugly colors, misbehaved.
My beginners luck streak is officially over.
