They definitely have an odd look. I won't tell you what my sister said they looked like.

But I enjoyed the singing and I thought they were very talented.

I saw them on TV. I usually enjoy unique acts but I honestly did not like them, which surprised me. I hated their antics. For some reason and I cannot pinpoint it, they rubbed me the wrong way. They sounded really good though.

Good voices.
Weird show presentation.

Made me uncomfortable, but I dislike clowns for the same reason.
Whiteface makes it hard to read faces.

I think it was unique enough to get attention which I'm sure is the hardest part of getting into show business. It looks like they're popular. I just googled and they're in New York now and will be touring in Israel, Russia and France.

eta: I don't like clowns, either. However, whiteface doesn't bother me.

I think I know what she might have said - soon as I read that I knew.

The singing wasn't too bad but I found their antics quite immature, I wouldn't watch them by choice...sorry :)

immature was the exact word I hit upon as well. pass.

I think they're talented. I like clowns because they seem kind of vintage to me. I think maybe Stephen King makes them unlikeable to a lot of people who read his stuff.

Oh yeah! Pennywise is very scary.

eta: I don't like clowns but years ago I saw Mummenschanz perform and I did like them. Normally I don't care for mimes but they were very good.

Isn't the town where everything spooky happens called Derry?

Derry sounds familiar. I know he uses the name Castle Rock a lot. I was amused when I heard one of the characters on "Haven" mention Castle Rock.

We certainly aren't
