I made this a few weeks ago (maybe two) for the kids .. but they turned out so well I might make more .. just do a shallow batch of soap in a slab mold ... then take a flour sifter, add the micas/sparkles that you want to add ...fully sift your sparlies on the entire top of your soap ... swirl very daintily ... when you unmold .. use any metal cookie cutter you want .. you get cool little shapes with really pretty colors and you're done .. here it is
